Return & Refund Policy

At Horse Power Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.


1. No Return on Opened Products

Due to the nature of nutritional and dietary supplements:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is expired

  • Product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)


3. Return Request Timeline

  • Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To request a return or replacement, customers must:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with order details

  2. Share clear images or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice

  3. Wait for verification and approval from our support team

Once approved, instructions for return or replacement will be shared.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after verification of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.


6. Replacement Policy

  • In case of approved damage or incorrect product, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Cancellation requests before shipment may be considered at our discretion.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.


8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference

  • Incorrect usage of product

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

  • Failure to follow product usage instructions
