3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway to process online transactions. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies in addition to ours.

Horse Power Nutrition does not store or have access to your debit/credit card details, UPI IDs, or net banking credentials.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled unless specifically mentioned under exceptional circumstances.

  • Horse Power Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transaction activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier service.

  • Horse Power Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.

For return or refund requests, customers must contact us with order details and supporting images.

7. User Responsibilities
